- A dispute about an institution's verification status or listing accuracy
- A complaint about conduct by an institution you found through VerifySchool
- Any other concern about the platform itself
What happens after you submit
Every complaint is logged and reviewed by our team. We aim to acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and will follow up directly using the contact details you provide. Complaints involving disputed institution data are never resolved automatically or silently — a person reviews the specifics before any change is made to a listing.
